Dom Murphy, Environmental Coordinator (Energy and Resources) at Meredith Dairy. Dom has a background as a heavy vehicle mechanic and then became a mechanical engineer, where he has been working on a combination of machinery design, renewable energy, waste and other climate change and environmental projects for around 10 years. Dom’s work at Meredith includes operation of the site’s wood-fired boiler, expanding renewable energy generation onsite, energy efficiency and recycling.
