Philippa Minton is a seasoned Commercial and Business Manager with extensive experience across the energy and chemicals sectors. As the current Market Development and Strategy Manager for Renewable Gas at Jemena, Philippa is driving efforts to create supportive policy, technical, and commercial frameworks for renewable gas decarbonisation, including biomethane, hydrogen, and e-methane pathways. Prior to this, she served as Business Development Manager for Renewable Gas, where she forged key partnerships to accelerate the decarbonisation of the natural gas network.

Philippa’s career spans over a decade with BOC South Pacific, where she held multiple roles, including Business Manager for Scientific and Sales & Business Development for Bulk and Onsite. She played a critical role in product management, market strategy, and regulatory compliance, handling portfolios worth $100 million annually. Philippa holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sydney and is recognised for her expertise in strategy, process improvement, and contract negotiation.
